Privacy Policy

Evolved Studio Pte Ltd (Evolved Group Singapore) and Evolved Group Pty Ltd (Evolved Group Australia), collectively "Evolved Group".

Evolved Group (“Evolved”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the privacy of our clients and is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the information entrusted to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect client data in the course of delivering our services.

 

 

2. Scope of Services

 

We are a creative agency that produces presentations, videos, and digital campaigns for business-to-business audiences. In providing these services, we handle client contact details and information about client products, services, and marketing campaigns.

 

 

3. Data We Collect

 

We collect and process the following categories of information:

 

  • Administrative and billing data: names, email addresses, company address, and contact information.

  • Project-related data: information relating to client products, services, marketing campaigns, product features, and related claims or case studies.

We do not collect or process sensitive categories of personal data (e.g. health, biometric, financial, or children’s data).

 

 

4. Data Storage & Security

 

  • Client data is stored on-premises in Singapore using hardware-based encryption, Active Directory authentication, and physical security controls (swipe card access, CCTV, and access logs).

  • We also store data in the cloud through approved third-party platforms including Xero, Scoro, and LucidLink. These providers store data on encrypted AWS servers in the APAC region and are GDPR-compliant.

  • Security measures include:

     

    • Company-owned, MDM-managed computers with enforced encryption.

    • Single Sign-On (SSO) with SCIM provisioning.

    • Remote wipe capabilities.

    • VPN access for secure network use.

 

 

5. Data Sharing & Subprocessors

 

  • We may engage subcontractors or third-party vendors for specific services.

  • Subcontractors are required to sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements, and where they access client data, they do so only through Evolved-controlled IT systems.

  • We do not sell or disclose client data to unrelated third parties.

 

 

6. Data Retention & Deletion

 

  • Client data is retained for the duration specified in client contracts or project agreements.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, we retain data for up to 7 years to meet operational, financial, and legal requirements.

  • Clients may request earlier deletion, and we will securely erase data through our archival and deletion process.

 

 

7. Cross-Border Data Transfers

 

  • Data may be stored and processed in Singapore, Australia, China, India, and Japan, depending on project requirements.

  • In all cases, we apply consistent security and confidentiality standards, regardless of jurisdiction.

 

 

8. Client Rights

 

Clients have the right to:

 

  • Request details of the data we hold about them.

  • Request correction or deletion of their data.

  • Withdraw consent for processing where applicable.

9. Internal Access & Confidentiality

 

  • Client data is accessible only to management and the project team assigned to the client engagement.

  • All staff undergo background checks and sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.

 

 

10. Use of Data Beyond Service Delivery

 

We may use client data for:

 

  • Internal R&D and analytics to improve our services.

  • Marketing purposes (e.g., anonymised case studies), but only with prior client consent.

 

 

11. Legal Compliance

 

We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, align with international data protection principles such as the GDPR.

 

 

12. Updates to this Policy

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. Any updates will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
